Breakfast Parfait

Packed with protein and calcium, this parfait is a great way to start your day.

Ingredients: 

  • 2 cups pineapple, canned
  • 1 cup frozen berries, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1/3 cup raisins or dried cranberries

Directions: 

Layer pineapple, berries, yogurt, banana, and raisins in 4 glasses or bowls.
