3 cups broccoli (florets or chopped)
1 cup peanuts (dry roasted, unsalted)
1 cup raisins
2 green onion, chopped
1 tablespoon sugar or ½ packet sugar substitute
1 cup fat-free salad dressing
1 tablespoon vinegar

- In a large bowl, mix the broccoli, peanuts, raisins, and green onions.
- In a small bowl, mix the salad dressing, sugar, and vinegar.
- Pour the dressing mixture over the broccoli and toss lightly.
- Garnish with more nuts and green onion, if desired.
