Guiltless Banana Pudding
1 cup fat-free milk
1 (3 oz. to 4 oz.) package fat-free vanilla instant pudding mix
8 oz. frozen nonfat whipped topping, thawed
2/3 cup fat-free sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice, or to taste
20 reduced-fat vanilla wafers, whole or crushed
2 medium bananas, sliced
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk or beat milk and pudding mix until thick.
- Add in whipped topping, condensed milk, and lemon juice.
- Layer half the vanilla wafers, half the bananas, and half the pudding mix in a 8-inch square glass dish or 9 individual bowls, then repeat.
- Put plastic wrap directly on top of pudding and put in your refrigerator for at least one hour.
