The Hulk Smoothie
With just five ingredients, this smoothie is quick, easy, and healthy.
- ¾ cup water
- 1 banana
- 2 cups kale
- 1 medium apple
- 2 cups strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- Remove stems from kale, and remove tops from strawberries if using fresh ones.
- Slice apples into chunks, removing core.
- Put ingredients in blender, and blend until smooth.
- Add more or less of each ingredient to fit your family’s taste!
