Hulk smoothie

The Hulk Smoothie

With just five ingredients, this smoothie is quick, easy, and healthy.

Ingredients: 

  • ¾ cup water
  • 1 banana
  • 2 cups kale
  • 1 medium apple
  • 2 cups strawberries (fresh or frozen)

Directions: 

  1. Remove stems from kale, and remove tops from strawberries if using fresh ones.
  2. Slice apples into chunks, removing core.
  3. Put ingredients in blender, and blend until smooth.
  4. Add more or less of each ingredient to fit your family’s taste!
